· So I could not share this with you!!! I have been trying so many
Brownie recipes to find my go to recipe that I know would be so tasty. Like
recently I have been so bad at making brownies but I feel like I have finally
conquered that curse haha! If you read about my girls’ night which you can read here, you will have known about my go
to cookie recipe. So before I ramble anymore and make your mouth water anymore,
I’ll talk you through my go to brownie recipe.
So ingredients you need are as
follows
·
185g unsalted butter
·
185 g
dark chocolate
·
85g plain
flour
·
40g cocoa
powder
·
50g white
chocolate
·
50g milk
chocolate
·
3 large
eggs
·
275g
caster sugar.
So I find the recipe from the website quite long
winded so I thought id shortened it down a little bit. So firstly melt the
butter and the dark chocolate however you want to melt it, I personally use a
glass bowl and a pan of hot water. Then leave to cool.
Turn your oven on at 160C for fan and 180C for gas. Then obviously line a baking tin, square kind of style tin. Then tip the plain flour and cocoa powder into a bowl, removing any lumps.
Now roughly chop the white and milk chocolate. You
want both small and little bits for your brownies.
In a different bowl to the chocolate and butter mixture
and the flour and cocoa powder mixture, break 3 large eggs and tip in the
caster sugar. Mix with electric whisk on maximum speed, until the eggs and
sugar are thick and creamy. Around 3 – 8 minutes.
Then nearly at the end, pour the cooled chocolate
mix over the egg and sugar mix and mix gently in a figure of 8. You don’t want
to take all the air out the mixture. Then it says hold the sieve (but I didn’t)
and mix in the flour and cocoa powder. Then finally add in the white and milk
chocolate.
So put in the oven for 25 minutes, once the timer
goes off give them a wiggle as they might need 5 minutes more. Then try t o
resist them while they cool.
Then its brownie time!! You can read the
actual recipe here. But I am not joking, these
are the best brownies ever.
Do you like baking? Do you like brownies? Have you
tried this recipe before?
